This massage is gentle, relaxing and harmonizing. The spine, its erectors and surface muscles are massaged directly. St. John's wort oil is used during the massage, which increases the deep relaxation of the muscles and contributes to the regeneration of the intervertebral discs. The massage is performed with very slow and gentle strokes.
